Aligning and Connecting Centres

This is a short nine minute clip that would fall in Level 2 of the Progression Map. It illustrates the importance of positioning to the other principles of connecting to their centre and moving with your centre. It shows how subtle alignment changes can hinder or enhance your effect on the other party.
