This is a short (6 minute) clip on something I have just been working on. In fact YOU folk are seeing it before the guys I train with will.
Centering is focusing on that line down the middle of our body and moving with it.
Verticality is keeping that line vertical at all times when possible.
Stillness in Motion comes from doing those two things because rotating focusing on rotating your center is a small motion but as you move outward along your body to the ends of your limbs it is a large motion. By focusing on that small movement of the centre you are still yet creating large movements.
