This is Operant Conditioning Drills 1 & @ introducing Operant Conditioning or Tactical habit forming. There will be two drills and this approach will be repeated after each stage of training. This includes a form of soft adrenaline training; hard adrenaline training will come later once you have made this approach yours.
Most of us are civilians and not authorized to carry a weapon. Some may have a tool, such as a knife, that can be drawn and used in personal defence but this clip is all about grabbing anything and using it as an improvised weapon.
Just as with the other sections we need to put operant conditioning into play. As with the Hard Adrenaline training get a very safe training knife and then place the blade on your partner and when they try to escape do your best to (fake) kill them.
